Hello, I'm Kimberley and I'm the founder of Ms. Avocado 🥑
I am 29 years old and I am originally from Cuba, Martinique, the USA and France.
My passion for avocados has always been there, but it really took off when I started my first business. Avocados were already part of my visual identity, and I even got a small avocado tattooed on my wrist to represent and write this new chapter in entrepreneurship.
I have always loved the fruit itself, but it is above all what it represented for me that impacted me and has followed me until now.
Beyond loving this super fruit, and eating it daily (not to say every day ahah), for me the avocado is much more than just a "fruit", it reminds me of the tropics, my origins and my Caribbean and Latin roots . The colors (green, yellow, brown) are also colors that correspond to my sunny personality, very natural, etc., but also to my personal values which are kindness, sharing, love and authenticity.
Avocado is a way to reconnect with nature, with one's origins, with one's childhood memories, with family meals, to reconnect with the warmth of the tropics, with travel, with bringing more gentleness into our daily lives, being more positive and joyful, because that's really what avocado evokes for me and gives me.
As an avocado fan, I was naturally drawn to all the avocado-related accessories and merchandising I could find, and I started collecting them.
The idea for this online store was born from all of this over the years, but also from the desire to make this more accessible, which is why I have the vision of developing the first online store for ALL avocado fans , where it will eventually be possible to find all types of avocado-related products via Ms. Avocado, both in France and throughout the world.
The name of this brand came to me as an obvious choice, because my clients, my entourage and even strangers (in the Avocado Factory restaurant in Bali) nicknamed me like that, it was at that moment that I knew that Ms. Avocado would be the name of my brand.
My desire and motivation behind this brand is to bring more color, joy and exoticism into the lives of my clients and all people who share this same passion for avocado.
Thanks to Ms. Avocado, I want to take you on a journey, bring joy, color and warmth into your daily life , and for you to feel it in just one look, when you wear your accessories and other products.
Through this brand, I want to help you reconnect with nature, your roots, and the warmth of the tropics, by adding more avocado and therefore more joy to your life and your daily life.
